In order to help our players develop strength, agility, and injury prevention our team will begin holding weekly performance training sessions with Mollie Bower at C4 Fitness in Apple Valley this winter. We believe performance training is a key element for athletic growth and we look forward to watching our players progress this off season.

Molly is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Exercise Nutritionist, Group Fitness Instructor and owner of C4 fitness. Her sessions will be held out of her studio in Apple Valley. In these classes the team will work on agility, strength, flexibility and stamina to prepare them to perform at their best. Mollie has been passionate about health and fitness for many years, and loves sharing that passion with her members and the community.
