High Impact Sports and Elite Athletics Introduce TackleSmart Football High Impact Sports has partnered with Elite Athletics to create TackleSmart Football™. TackleSmart is a program that teaches youth athletes to play the game with proper techniques, while eliminating hard collisions and risk of injury. Our unique system helps young players transition from flag into full contact tackle football. TackleSmart players wear full pads and practice wrapping up players, without fully bringing them to the ground. By limiting the amount of contact while still providing live game scenarios, players can safely learn proper technique and build confidence on the field. Along with team competition, our program provides elite performance training, and position-specific skill development through our MasterFlow Training System™. "Getting Comfortable with Being Uncomfortable" by Mollie Bower Mollie Bower, MS, BA, CPT, is the owner of C4 Fitness and currently works with High Impact Fastpitch on our athletic performance training.     No one likes to be uncomfortable.
